Getting Started with Wordpress Hosting

This guide will help you to manage your blog, SSL certificates and create your email & FTP accounts.

Managing FTP Accounts

Follow the steps below to create and manage FTP accounts.

  1. Login to the Wordpress Hosting control panel. Learn how.

  2. Click on Manage FTP.


  3. Click on Create New FTP Account to add a new FTP account. Or click on Modify to update or delete an existing FTP account.


Managing Email Accounts

Follow the steps below to create and manage Email accounts from the Wordpress control panel.

  1. Login to the Wordpress Hosting control panel. Learn how.

  2. Click on Email.


  3. Click on Create New Email to add a new email account. Or click on Modify to update or delete an existing email account.


Managing SSL Certificates

Follow the steps below to install a SSL Certificate for your blog.

  1. Login to the Wordpress Hosting control panel. Learn how.

  2. Click on Manage SSL.


  3. Click on the link next to Generate / View Certificate Signing Request (CSR) to generate a CSR.


  4. Fill in the details for the CSR and click on Click to Generate CSR.


  5. You can use the generated CSR to issue a digital certificate from your certificate provider.


  6. Once you have received the digital certificate, click on the link next to Install a valid Digital Certificate to install it.


  7. Click on the link next to Activate Certificate on Blog to activate the certificate.


Accessing the CodeGuard panel

  1. Login to the Wordpress Hosting control panel. Learn how.

  2. Click on Manage Backup to access the CodeGuard panel.


Accessing the SiteLock panel

  1. Login to the Wordpress Hosting control panel. Learn how.

  2. Click on Manage Security to access the SiteLock panel.


Managing the Cache settings

  1. Login to the Wordpress Hosting control panel. Learn how.

  2. Click on Cache.


  3. Here you can:

    • Click on the Enable cache toggle to enable or disable the cache.

    • Click on the Flush Cache toggle to clear the cached data.

    • Set the cache expiry duration.

  4. Click on Apply Changes once you have made the changes.
